We will obviously have some questions of our own on the detail of the names proposal (although the outcome of that process is likely to be a finely balanced compromise with little room for manoeuvre), but the key part will be to ensure discussion between the groups to find how the different proposals can work together. I don’t think we are in disagreement. My main point was simply that we do not want to force everyone to sit through another presentation of the protocols and numbers proposals. If you want numbers and protocols people on the stand, and in the audience, to interact with the names people about compatibility, fine. I would like to see that too. All, I know many people (including myself) will have been away for many days when coming towards the end of the ICANN week. I will because of this ask whether ICG can get space for a room THURSDAY during the day for a short(er) meeting (say 3-4 hours). Patrik

I'd support this since it might help to better understand the proposal. In addition I'd deem it advantageous to have a slot to discuss with NTIA reps the "frame of expectations and realistic submission re the transition proposal".
