using the Adobe Connect room is by far the best instrument to communicate during the meeting (managing the queue, chat, document scrolling...). But please take into account that some call participants at the time of the call might not be able to access the adobe room, and they should be allowed to raise their voices instead of their hands.

E.g. I'll be on the road on Aug 19. I'll try to find a place providing access - but I'm not sure yet.
