Thanks Alissa, using the Adobe Connect room is by far the best instrument to communicate during the meeting (managing the queue, chat, document scrolling...). But please take into account that some call participants at the time of the call might not be able to access the adobe room, and they should be allowed to raise their voices instead of their hands. E.g. I'll be on the road on Aug 19. I'll try to find a place providing access - but I'm not sure yet. It would be helpful if anyone who knows in advance that they will not be able to be on Adobe Connect could send me a private email so I know roughly what to expect as far as queue management goes.
