Action Items:

- Update the RZERC charter based on today's conversation to ensure it reflects the language of the proposal and re-circulate for IOTF's review (ICANN)

- Circulate the PTI Purpose from the latest draft ICANN Bylaws to IOTF for review (ICANN)

- Share the proposal of how PTI staffing should be structured (ICANN)

- Share the RZMA update in IOTF mail list (ICANN)

- Capture Paul's request and share with IOTF and add to the next call agenda (ICANN)
