Here is my suggestion:

 

We have staff run the session and work through their presentation. After all, it is staff who are running the implementation.

 

Lise & I will be available and join staff on the podium to make up the “panel” with staff and we can make it clear how the implementation is proceeding in conjunction with the CWG (and the IOTF since Marrakech).

We can also communicate IOTF members are present and potentially available to provide detailed or specific input.

I plan on attending this session and can serve on the panel if needed but I am perfectly fine being in the audience.  As I communicated earlier in the week, I think we should keep the panel size small.
