Thanks for circulating.  Just a thought on the scope and responsibilities doc.  This is a considerably shortened version of the actual proposal and perhaps should be characterized as such.  It may be useful also to point to link to the actual proposal so that the nominees see the full text.

Attached for your information is a draft request for appointment of members and liaisons to the CSC. We have also attached the supporting documents to this request, the CSC candidates qualification requirements and CSC scope and responsibilities. These materials were developed in collaboration with Donna Austin and Katrina Sataki, cc’ed here. These materials have been reviewed by Donna and Katrina and they are both comfortable with them. We wanted to share them with you as an fyi before they go out to the appointing organizations.
