Implementation Items - PTI governance documents - PTI Conflict of Interest Policy had no objections from the attendees. - PTI Whistleblower Policy had no objections from the attendees except to note the implementation concern of anonymous reporting within such a small organization. 4. AOB - Cancel the Wednesday, 06 April 2016, IOTF call. ICANN to circulate the updated PTI governance document. - Issues with the IOTF mailing list where "Reply All" acts as "Reply" and drop the IOTF e-mail list depending on the e-mail client. We ask everybody to double check on "TO" section to ensure inclusion of IOTF mailing address. - IOTF Call Decision Log at the end of Appendix will be reviewed at the end of each call. Action Items: - Re-review and make necessary adjustments for PTI Bylaws based on the conversation and present back to IOTF (ICANN) - Circulate the updated PTI governance documents based on the previous calls in absence of the Wednesday call.
