Susan and all,

This appears to be part of a somewhat larger "restructuring" of ICANN staff.  On another list, Nigel Hickson announced that he is leaving ICANN as part of this restructuring.  Nigel has been part of the Government Engagement team, specifically as VP for IGO Engagement, working out of the Geneva office.
