Dear All,
The IPC is offering ICANN supported travel slots and IPC travel grants for Hyderabad. The offerings are described below with due dates for expression of interest. We hope this will help those of you who would not otherwise attend this
meeting to attend. Please note that ICANN supported travel is subject to ICANN’s rules. IPC grants are limited to reimbursements for airfare, ground transportation, meals and lodging.
ICANN Supported Travel – Expressions of Interest DUE BY AUGUST 2 (TOMORROW)
1 ICANN supported Coach airfare (booked by ICANN)
1 ICANN supported coach airfare, hotel accommodations and per diem (booked by ICANN)
IPC Grants – Expressions of Interest DUE BY AUGUST 15
4 @ $2,000 each. Must be substantiated with receipts and will be reimbursed after Hyderabad.
IPC travel support recipients are expected to attend all IPC related meetings and events while in Hyderabad.
Those who apply for ICANN travel support and do not receive it will be rolled into the pool for IPC grants unless you inform us otherwise.
