That is a potential slot for face-to-face meetings of the various Chartering Organizations that would need a "live" meeting in order to approve the final report.  GAC and ccNSO are most likely to need this.  Since the GNSO Council is used to conducting business remotely between ICANN meetings, my gut reaction is that it's less likely the GNSO (or some subpart, such as the Council) will be brought together in a live meeting.

This "face-to-face" was being referred to as a potential "Intersessional" in Dublin.  Given the limited nature of the meeting, it was re-christened a "face-to-face".
