All, Since we have a number of new members, I wanted to clarify when the IPC holds its monthly meetings, and to mention some potential changes. Currently, the IPC has its membership meetings on the *second Tuesday* of the month at the UTC time equivalent to 11:30 Eastern time (16:30 UTC as of now, but sometimes 15:30 UTC). This may be moved in months when there is an ICANN meeting, but otherwise it stays as is. We are reviewing the possibility of moving to a rotation system, so that regions where 16:30 (or 15:30) UTC is in the middle of the night are not always disadvantaged. We should have a proposal in the coming weeks. Our secretariat will send out monthly calendar items and reminders. Since we are reviewing the time slot, we will not send out a recurring calendar item for the entire year (2016). Our upcoming meetings will be: January 12, 2016 February 9, 2016 We will be in Marrakech on the second Tuesday of March, so our "live" meeting will be our March meeting.
