Subject: [IRT.RegDataPolicy] IRT Task 260: Review Data Escrow Spec revision for Billing Contact removal. Due 20250710
Dear IRT,
The shared document linked to the Task 260 is the redline Data Escrow Specification that shows the removal of the escrow requirements for the Billing Contact. It also updates the requirements regarding OpenPGP
based on RFC9580 which was needed.
We’ve collaborated with the Escrow Agents on producing this revised specification.
Before we publish the updated specification along with the policy language, we’d appreciate a quick IRT review.
It’s not substantive in nature and more of a courtesy note but we wanted to keep the IRT informed throughout this process.
Task 260:
Review
Data Escrow Specification revision for Billing Contact removal
[docs.google.com]20250710
Upon your review, we’ll officially notify the Contracted Parties of the change in Billing Contact.
