Dear IRT,

Please read the PPSAI Final Report and prepare for a discussion with the IRT. Are there points of confusion or varying interpretation of the recommendation language? Let’s begin with an open discussion and resolve differences in understanding of the PDP Recommendations for our implementation. We’d like to get the IRT work started as soon as IRT is ready. Hence, please initiate the IRT discussion on the IRT email list whenever you are ready and not wait till the next IRT meeting.. Please be specific about the language you are referring to by quoting the exact language with the section and page numbers for us to see the context surrounding the recommendation.
