I thought it would be helpful to bring your attention to this task.

Unlike the other tasks you’ll see for cleanup efforts and prep for PC, this one is a REQUIREMENTS CHANGE.

As before, every Drafting Errors we document needs full IRT support.

We’ll prioritize this item for our IRT meeting next week Wednesday so that we all have a good understanding.

BTW, we’ve received a suggestion that it would help the reviewers if we tag the policy language and data elements to note that Drafting Error documentation exists. We’ll still publish the Drafting Document as a reference and we’ll add the tags for the Public Comment – more on this next week.

Dear IRT,

In our clean up review to prepare for the Public Comment, we discovered another “drafting error.”

It impacts requirements for Registrar Whois Server data element: collection, transfer, and escrow.

We’d greatly appreciate IRT’s prompt review that are redlined in Sections 6.1, 7.2, 7.4, 8.4, and 8.5.

The explanation for the change was documented as Drafting Error #2.

Rather than adding it at the end, the item was inserted following the order IRT had recommended.
