Hello IRT,

I hope everyone is having a nice start to 2026. I am writing to inform you that ICANN org published the Timeline for Urgent Requests for Lawful Disclosure of Nonpublic Registration Data Public Comment Summary Report on Wednesday, 14 January 2026. Thank you to those who responded with comments. Because discussions with the IRT on this issue were requested as part of the broader dialogue among the GNSO Council, GAC, and ICANN Board, ICANN org is sharing the outcomes of this proceeding with all parties to inform conversations on next steps. 

We will provide another update to the IRT when we have additional information on the next steps for Urgent Request work.
