Subject: [IRT.RegDataPolicy] Extension to provide feedback on proposed Urgent Request Language

Dear IRT,

Thank you for the productive discussion and feedback provided on the urgent request language during our recent call on Wednesday, 10 September.

As a friendly reminder, for those who have requested an extension, please submit your feedback by the end of the day on Friday, September 20.

Additionally, as discussed, we will hold a second 90-minute session on Wednesday, 01 October. The goal of this session will be to discuss suggested changes and finalize our alignment on the language with the aim of concluding the urgent request discussions.
