Dear IRT,

Thank you for your review of the Registrar Data Escrow Specification and completing Task 253. I see that your feedback was on one item: the Billing Contact which we are considering further.   Meanwhile, we have been consulting with Registrar Data Escrow Agents (RrDEAs) on the RDE Specification update and collected a couple of suggestions for changes for clarity.   You'll find these changes in two sections.

  1. Section 4.1.15.3 - inconsistency in header files

The previous draft was inconsistent with Section 1.2 where it misses the fields in sections 3.4.1.3 and 3.4.1.5 of the RAA.

2.            Section 4.1.21 and its subsections:

This section specifies the deposit file naming convention for both full deposit and differential deposit. Note that this draft version updates the current version from ‘incremental’ deposit to ‘differential’ deposit (see Section 2.1 and its footnote). With that, the deposits’ file name should reflect it with ‘diff’ (as differential) instead of ‘inc’ (as incremental).

I am issuing another IRT Task to track our work here. You will find the links to the documents below and on the IRT Workbook Task list as always.
