This is to let you know that Steve and I had a good conversation last week.

Steve is interested in having lessons learned on Urgent Requests completed.

It certainly would be beneficial; especially to me as I prepare for other policy implementation.

 

For now, we need to focus on getting our Registration Data Policy published.

After the policy is published, I will work offline with Steve and others who may be interested in how best we could look at the lessons learned for the entire process.  

 

Please note that SSAC is not included in this email as Steve will update his colleagues separately.

Dennis,

 

I want the record of actions and discussions regarding Urgent Requests.  IIRC, Urgent Requests were introduced during the Phase 1 EPDP.  Urgent Requests were then dealt with in multiple meetings during that process, and then again during the IRT.

 

Can you put together a timeline and a succinct description of the action each time Urgent Requests were discussed?

Any progress on this?  I want to document the sequence of actions and decisions regarding Urgent Requests from the introduction of the requirement in the Phase I EPDP to the recent removal of the requirement.
