Dear Gemma and GAC Small Team,
Thank you for taking the time to provide an alternate Urgent Request response time proposal for IRT consideration. For ease of reference, I have included the GAC proposal in our IRT drive and included a
IRT google document. I encourage the IRT to review the proposed language and provide feedback either on list or in the google document no later than End of day
Monday, 28 July 2025. We will also review your proposal as we continue to work on our draft language for IRT consideration.
Thank you for your continued support.
Kind Regards,

Subject: [IRT.RegDataPolicy] Reminder to provide input on proposed RrSG Language for Urgent Requests Timeline
Dear IRT Members,
I hope this message finds you well.
As you know, we have now reached the stage of previewing and proposing language for the urgent request response timeline. Thank you again to the RrSG for sharing
their proposed language, and to those who have already reviewed and provided feedback.
For those who have not yet had the opportunity to do so, this is a friendly reminder to please review the proposed language and share your input by
Friday, 18 July. Your feedback will assist in having a constructive discussion during the upcoming IRT call.
Additionally, all IRT members are welcome and encouraged to collaborate with their stakeholder groups to submit
proposals for alternative urgent request timeline language. If you plan to do so, please also submit your proposal by
18 July.
We aim to schedule the next IRT call no later than the
week of 28 July to discuss the proposals and feedback received. We also plan to circulate alternative proposed language ahead of that discussion for IRT review and consideration.
Thank you for your continued engagement and support.
Kind Regards,
