Review IRT session on Billing Contact and the notes from the meeting

Dear IRT,

Consider this a reminder for you to review the IRT session recording and notes.

As you’ll note, we are considering removal of the Billing Contact data item from the requirement.

You can hear from those that support the removal in the recording and the reasoning that was discussed to support this and would like to hear from those that was not in attendance too.
