We’ve created a new section that clearly states the publication requirement for registrar and registry operator both. In responses to RDDS queries, (a) Registrar MUST Publish the following data elements and (b) Registry Operator MUST Publish the following data elements if transferred from the Registrar: I think this works well to clarify and aligns well with the recommendation.
