Since the conference call which considered final amendments to the revised ISPCP Charter attention has been focused elsewhere, but we must finalise the draft and formally submit it. The final version showing the latest amendments is attached. Please forward any comments to me by 30^th November when I plan to submit  this to the ICANN staff.
