First of all you should refer SS to the ICANN request for Expressions of  Interest at http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-13jan10-en.htm.  Regarding how interested parties will be endorsed by the GNSO, that is a process that still needs to be developed and I suggest that you defer response to that until we have more information.  In the meantime, the DT needs to focus on developing such a process for Council consideration.

However, this is my Advance Request.

I will be able to send you full package by February 10 and last date for submitting is February 17. As I will be travelling, I will not be able to send the Application Package sooner.
