As prescribed by the Affirmation of Commitments, the Second Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT2 https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=40176025) submitted its Final Report and Recommendations (http://www.icann.org/en/about/aoc-review/atrt/final-recommendations-31dec13-en.pdf) [PDF, 3.46 MB] to the ICANN Board of Directors and this document is now posted for public comment. Comments received will inform Board action.
