Interesting point Jaime, I thought that for many domains, 50,000 was too much.

You can do a lot of cherry picking with 50000!

I noted you didn’t mention the threshold number of domains for the exceptions to vanish.

I thought that was a good idea, although I found the figure of 50000 in the PIR proposal too small.

Think we could mention this as a possibility avoiding the reference to a specific figure.
