A draft version of the 2007-2010 Strategic Plan has been posted (see,

http://www.icann.org/ and

http://www.icann.org/strategic-plan/consultation-process-2006-07/) The

plan is based upon the multilingual consultations that occurred in

Marrakech, comments to the on-line forum, previous Strategic and

Operating Plans, accomplishments to date, and changes in our environment

such as the JPA and community attention regarding organisation

transparency.

A comment forum is available.

Comments can be made to stratplan-2007@icann.org and reviewed at

http://forum.icann.org/lists/stratplan-2007.

Telephonic consultations are being arranged with the GNSO Council and

constituency members as are consultations in São Paulo.

Those consultations will inform amendments to the plan that can be

considered by the Board at the São Paulo Board meeting as has been

discussed.
