summary of the results of yesterday’s council call:
  1. MOTION – Acceptance of the Report from the GNSO Bylaws Implementation Drafting Team - as amended (see https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Motions+1+December+2016): passed unanimously
  2. Transfer Policy of registration data (IRTP-C): Board is going to be requested by a letter to remove the privacy/proxy related aspects from the implemented policy and to  instead place them for evaluation and recommendation by the newly formed Privacy Proxy Services Accreditation Issues Implementation Review Team
  3. GNSO Review recommendations implementation: DT plan shall be subject of a community webinar on 08 Dec; vote due on 15 Dec
  4. Discussion of a draft GNSO Council Response to Questions from the CCWG-Accountability Co-Chairs concerning Work Stream 2. This will focus just on council related aspects. The SGs/Cs shall provide their specific responses, too.
