For your information, attached please find a copy of the Notice of Intent to Form a New GNSO Constituency (NOIF) submitted this week by Dirk Krischenowski of dotBerlin GmbH & Co. KG proposing to form the new City Top-Level-Domain Constituency. The document has also been posted on the GNSO Improvements web page at http://gnso.icann.org/en/improvements/newco-process-en.htm.

The GNSO Council has set aside time in its public meeting agenda in Mexico City for brief presentations by all organizations that have submitted NOIFs by that time.
