Dear Councilors,

 

I am recirculating this letter as a reminder to discuss with your respective SGs/Cs.  At our August meeting, there seemed to be general support for sending this letter on behalf of the GNSO Council. But please raise any questions or concerns on list if they arise after consultation with your SGs/Cs.

 

If no concerns are raised by 30 August, Leadership plans to send this letter to the Board on 2 September.
