i just saw an announcement for the final IRTP (Inter Registrar Transfer Policy) working group -- in the continuing series that stretches back almost 5 years.  i've volunteered already (i want to collect the complete set of complementary coffee mugs) but would welcome anybody else who would like to join in.  here's the link to the announcement
