Dear EPDP,

 

Please find attached the final report that will be sent by 4 April to the GNSO Council. Staff will work with John to make this happen.

 

Here’s a list of actions taken to prepare this final version:

1. Accepted the redlines from the prior version and as discussed on today’s call.
2. At the bottom of page 8, added text with instructions about required expertise in the IRT should the recommendations be adopted by the GNSO Council and ICANN Board.
3. Updated the graphic on page 15 based on Jay’s input and clarification of the callout text on what actions are taken post UDRP/URS.
4. Updated section 6 on page 28 with the latest activity and attendance metrics.

 

Staff would like to thank you all for your participation and especially to Chris for leading the group to this conclusion. Staff will pass updates to this list as next steps occur based on the GNSO Council’s actions.
