In the attachment I Just formatted the document in Word 2007, structuring the titles and adding header and footer, taking Tony’s version as basis.

I added no comments.

The document had only 11 pages, so I didn’t find the sentence you refer below. The sentence that I found that was added in your version is in item 8.2 (page 10) is: “The current fee structure shall be specified on the ISPCP website.”

I added it to the attached version, but I think it would fit better in item 9.

Since the conference call which considered final amendments to the revised ISPCP Charter attention has been focused elsewhere, but we must finalise the draft and formally submit it. The final version showing the latest amendments is attached. Please forward any comments to me by 30^th November when I plan to submit this to the ICANN staff.
