on request of the GNSO council the Standing Commitee of Improvements (SCI) was investigating whether and under which circumstances and conditions permission should be granted that council members may re-submit a motion which the council in the past already dealt with.

Since so far there is no consensus on one way or the other attached you’ll find the options the SCI came up with. Please take a look and let us know which one you’d prefer if any
