Attached are the latest versions of the ISPCP Charter showing some suggested revisions the Staff believes would bring the present Internet Service Provider and Connectivity Provider Constituency charter into conformance with the Bylaws and those recent Board decisions.

This will be discussed during today’s ISPCP meeting.
