I've just discussed with ISPCP colleagues and we found that even the same 10 minutes, that in any Plenary session would be much better than Global Reports.
Is it still possible for me to ask you? Please let me know if I need any further information.

| | It really is upto you if you want to present this in plenary or not. From your mail I feel you think nro session is better. So i will forward your mail to NCC. After your talks with them, if you change your mind, you can submit it for the regular plenary sessions through the link I provided.
