JOINT NCUC-NPOC STATEMENT

"Leadership teams from the Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC) and the Non Profit Operations Constituency (NPOC) met on Sunday, March 11, 2012. The meeting was extremely fruitful and we discussed our differences and our shared objectives and how to improve working together going forward. The two constituencies plan to cooperate in joint outreach activities to strengthen NCSG and its mission. Initial positive steps were made in order to begin to build trust between the two NCSG constituencies and we are all committed in working together for the promotion of non-commercial interests in the Internet. We believe we can work out our differences and our governance issues internally.
