Thank You Tony -------------------- 1. SO/AC stakeholder support services request. Reference was made to the presentation 'FY13 Initial Consultation From Framework to Adopted Budget' given by Javier Calvez (new CFO) in Dakar, and the invitation to SO/ACs to submit relevant budget requests. Following discussion within the CSG Executive Group which have taken place since the Dakar meeting, it was concluded that the ISPCP will align with the other CSG Constituencies and submit a request for $25k to cover the following aspects. - Secretarial support - Travel for officers - Communications materials - Outreach - Expenses for Constituencies An initial draft will be produced by Tony Holmes/ Olivier Muron and Tony Harris and then circulated for comment, prior to the 7th December deadline 2. GNSO Toolkit Following the session on the GNSO toolkit held during the ISPCP Constituency meeting in Dakar, which was attended by Rob Hogarth ICANN staff, the ISPCP now need to follow up in writing the feedback given on key points. An initial draft will be prepared by Tony Holmes and Tony Harris and circulated for comment. 3. Request for input on selection criteria for NomCom appointees A request had been received from Vanda Scartezini Chair, of this year's Nominating Committee, to help establish selection criteria in line with the ATRT Recommendations. An initial draft will be produced by Olivier Muron, Tony Harris and Tony Holmes and circulated for comment. 4. Update and preparation of input for GNSO meeting 17th November On the 17th November discussion will take place on a proposal to create a GNSO outreach task force. It was explained that within the GNSO there were opinions that this group should include comprehensive membership and was therefore likely to become quite large. From discussion it was concluded the role of such a group remains unclear, particularly with regard to its fit with outreach activities that would be undertaken at the Constituency/ stakeholder levels. In addition there was recognition that two of the leading proponents of this work were no longer eligible to participate at the Council level. It was agreed the ISPCP would not support proposals to establish this group at the current time. Two competing motions will be proposed regarding a PDP on the UDRP. It was concluded the ISPCP should make the point that further experience is required before launching any PDP. On that basis ISPCP Council reps will not support any motion which proposes it should commence immediately. 5. Date of next Conference call Friday 2nd January commencing at 14.00 UTC
