However, the process as described in the procedure, does not permit any change such as defining new types of dispositions. An LGR should always produce conservative and deterministic output, irrespective of what happens in the downstream through ICANN processes. Therefore, the IP cannot endorse, adopt or use the proposal by JGP. The IP would like to receive a proposed LGR from JGP as soon as possible to start the review process.
