I wish to nominate the representative from BIPA Barbados, Bartlett Morgan as the representative to the ALAC from LACRALO. Bartlett's qualifications cannot be challenged.
To give a fuller profile of this youngster, I know Bartlett from the day he became my intern at The University of the West Indies thirteen (13) or so years ago. We snatched him from the School of
Media and Communications - arguably the most exclusive of the departments at the UWI - and developed a gifted multimedia software developer. He eventually switched gears and became an attorney-at-law with interests in public policy and telecommunications regulation
with his practice based in Barbados.
I assure you if elected, he will be a representative that we can all be proud of.
