Dear Alejandro,


It is our understanding that Staff is working in a solution. We have asked them about the best way to have our monthly call without any inconvenience.


Saying that, we have two options: i) waiting for an answer (ASAP) that guarantees an adequate call and if not, ii) we are going to proceed to prospone the call and coordinate with ICANN Staff date / time to held it.

it seems that the coincidence of the date with a major holiday season, the hurried preparations upon return of staff after the Puerto Rico meeting, and uncertainty about the participation tools would warrant a postponement of this meeting.
