Yes, it is possible to have a dial out for most of the conference calls.

When requesting, please copy only staff (staff@atlarge.icann.org), and give the number you want them to call.

It should be easy for them to decide in which channel you want to be included, based on the language of your email, but in any case, mention it (English, Spanish, French).
