Dear Carlton,
In accordance with LACRALO rules, (article 13) Staff prepares and publishes the names of each ALS and reps with its correspondent weighted vote. See the updated table for 2024 : https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=333971574
The tool used for votes is Tally. See 2023 results example : https://tally.icann.org/cgi/results?e=be9dd5eafc3
Please note that this is the same voting system used in recent years.
Rest assured the votes are weighted according to the rules.
Thank you!

Subject: [Ext] LACRALO Vote Processing
Dear Staff:
There is a notion in circulation that the voting platform now used to record LACRALO votes cannot report which member received the [weighted] vote of an elector.
We should err on the side of clarity.
On principle, every member is entitled to audit not only their vote but all others cast. Auditability itself remains an essential feature of the process so as to ensure mistakes are caught
and properly addressed.
In the recent past and when I was recipient of the credentials for the UWI ALS, the receipt from the voting event not only acknowledged the vote but the disposition of that vote. The results
reported always displayed the vote, weight of the vote and to whom the vote was accorded.
Can you offer any clarity on the prevailing conditions?
Kind regards,
Carlton
