HI Claire, and all LACRALO leadership team,

congratulations for the hard work and to have the document in 4 languages for Latin and America territories/country : EN, ES, PT, FR

What are the issues specific to the region or sub-regions in which individual ALS  members operate? Can individual commitments be detrimental to the smooth running of existing ALSes? Should there be only one model for individual ALS members, or should each ALAC region create a model based on its own reality?
I'm sorry for all these questions, but I'd like to better understand the various exchanges and reactions, some of them quite violent.

Kind regards
