Dear LACRALO Members:

This is an invitation to attend the LACRALO Capacity building session – "Strengthening LACRALO to Engage in ICANN Policy Development" which is part of LACRALO’s Virtual General Assembly at ICANN70.

This session will be facilitated by David Plumb from Consensus Building Institute (CBI) and Jose Arce, LACRALO member.

The session is on Wednesday, 17 March and will last 90 mins from 21:00 to 22:30 UTC.

The goals of the LACRALO capacity building session are:

• Strengthen capacity in LACRALO to collaborate and have influence, as a region, in the development of ICANN policies.
• Launch a 12-month initiative to develop the skills and habits of “horizontal leadership” in LACRALO, to strengthen its voice for users in Latin America and the Caribbean.
