Dear colleagues

As a member of ATRT3 I will give you a quick report about what is going on there after each relevant meeting.

Today we just finish ATRT 3 call : We are just starting , talking about procedures and organizing first F2F meeting that is schedule to 3-5 April in Los Angeles. We are focusing on concepts, reviewing ATRT2 recommendations and the task in front of us is the Terms of Reference/ Scope and our full Plan. We already have a tentative timeline to be reviewed by members during next few days. Next meeting will take place on feb 27, at 21 UTC.
