Dear Mr. Soto,

Thanks for your guidance and that of the regional CROPP team.

The proposal is the same place as all the other proposals:
Further to this during my saves of the application I had the"Notify Watchers" option set, so I assume that the LACRALO CROPP committee was being automatically alerted.

I have not seen the deadline listed as an exact date and time zone and further to this I uploaded my application on March 2nd with respect to my time zone. My final edit, of a series of about 4 - for layout and minor content, did extend into the first minute of March 3rd, 2016. If the Wiki has a background versioning feature, this should show.

The application form states:

The point is that my substantive application date matches the suggested deadline date quoted in an earlier email:

Your assertion of "El plazo ya expiró"  or "The deadline has already expired" appears to be inconsistent with the empirical. Please prove to me otherwise.

CaribNOG 11 starts starts on April 20th, 2016:
In my humble opinion, if there are rules one should be unambiguous with them and follow their spirit.

Under the conditions for CROPP in ICANN Fiscal Year 2015, see https://community.icann.org/x/zC6fAg, submission were required 8 weeks prior to travel. For the current CROPP, I respected the spirit of the date identified in the email thread as well as the dictates of the application form.
It could be construed as unfair for you to arbitrarily rule against those listing in an apparent attempt to disqualify my submission.

I also reviewed the precedent set with the CROPP proposal deadline of May 10th, 2015 for the June 21st, 2015 ICANN 53 in Buenos Aires. That gave the proposal a 42 days (6 week) travel window. Refer to "[lac-discuss-en] Call for CROPP proposals from LACRALO for travel to ICANN 53 Buenos Aires meeting" of 5/1/2015 12:53 PM (UTC -0400).

Thanks for your time. Have a great day!

Regards,

Jason Hynds

Dev, we do not receive that proposal. I remember the way, first LACRALO, then
discussed, it approved or not, and follow the path for approval to
GSE ends. The term and expir.
 Greetings.

 Dear all,

The proposal for Derisma CROPP Queslin to attend spectacles CaribNOG
some deficiencies.

Given the objectives of CROPP, Derisma Queslin has little or no
experience or previous participation in ICANN and scope of ICANN and
therefore not a qualified person to do divulgacin on behalf of
At-Large person.

However, since the CROPP has a residual purpose of divulgaciny

commitment, a case could be that Derisma Queslin of Haitpodra with
the aim of assisting that person to commit to In the largest ICANN
without direct tutor, that goal will not do It serrealizado probably
successfully.

The proposal presented by Jacqueline Morris falls directly in line
with

the goals and desired outcomes for CROPP.In addition, it is likely
CaribNOG have a speaking slot 11, raising Asel profile ICANN At-Large
in CaribNOG 11.Jacqueline also may lead Derisma and make
introductions CaribNOG attendees.

Since we have slots available CROPP, goals and results CROPP It can
be performed by the sending of both proposals. The proposal Desirma
Queslin updated to focus on the commitment and proposal Jacqueline
Morris continues centrndose in it also divulgaciny can Derisma as
describianteriormente guide.

 Cheers,
