I am following up on the pending ACTION ITEMS here see below for your updates.

Staff will proceed to announce winners by “acclamation” the 2 candidates for the positions of ALAC member and Nomcom delegate. According to Article 23 of the LACRALO ROPs if there is a sole candidate for any position, he/she shall be declared the winner by acclamation”, (with the exception of the Chair elect position)

Estoy hacienda el seguimiento a los ITEMS de ACCION pendientes de la llamada para su actualizacion:

El staff procedera a anunciar a los ganadores por aclamacion a los dos candidatos para las posiciones de Miembro de ALAC y delegado de Nomcon . De acuerdo al articulo 23 de las Reglas de Procedimiento de LACRALO, si hay un solo candidato para cualquier posicion, el o ella seran declarados por “aclamacion”. (con la excepcion de la candidatura de Vice Presidente)

Small group of 4-5 members to be formed by tomorrow.
Questionnaire to be prepared tomorrow for each candidate ( for the positions of Chair elect and Secretary elect) to be sent to them on Friday max, they will have till Monday May 15 COB to send answers.
Staff will schedule the next WG conference call on Tuesday at 23 UTC to make decisions.

Los items de acción de la llamada de hoy son:

Pequeño grupo de 4-5 miembros a ser formado mañana.
Cuestionario a ser preparado para cada candidato (para las posiciones de vicepresidente y Vicesecretario) a ser enviado el Viernes 12 Mayo como máximo. Tendrán hasta el Lunes 15 al final del día para mandar sus respuestas.
El staff programara la siguiente conferencia del grupo de trabajo, para el martes a las 23 UTC para tomar decisiones.
