Dear LACRALO members,

Due to the comments made by email, that are on the wiki site too (https://community.icann.org/display/LACRALO/ISOC+Paraguay), you can appreciate than 6 people representing 6 ALS have issued a favorable opinion regarding aceptance of ISOC Paraguay, as a new ALS.

On the other hand, from the revision of minimum criteria for being an ALS (https://atlarge.icann.org/archive/correspondence-structures-app-ES), we conclude that ISOC Paraguay meets the minimum criteria to be considered in a future ALS.
