As you know, the Working Group on Governance produced the LACRALO Metrics document. This document was put in first consideration of the community in September 2018. The contributions and suggestions made by the regional community were received and reflected in the final approved version within the established timeframes met; from 01/16/2019 to 23:00 UTC until 01/23/2019 at 23:00 UTC.
