Here my feedback from these questions related to Request 1

Your comment:
I believe there is no need to have neither a formal group or a centralized one. When an issue will arise the leadership team of each Ralo – in our case - can address the issue and if not able to address it can send all the information to the Ombudsman

First, valuable advice to the Ombudsman can be done by the leadership team of the RALO ( in our case) since they got the respect of the community they became leaders and also due the local cultural knowledge they have .
“The identification of these trends, and the possible formation of an ad hoc diversity group may arise from the Continuous Improvement Program or future Holistic Reviews.”

If the group will understand necessary it can be suggested by the result of Continuos Improvement Program (CIP)inside each community. In the RALO in our case
