 In this case I agree with the proposed Natalia. I think 
 convenient to discuss this topic in the list of LACRALO.In addition

 At-Large (originally Evan raising and subsequent amendments) that

 Specifically what is this pose from ALAC is not to be against 
 the implementation of new gTLDs, but a mechanism is adopted

Sergio, I agree with making a collective effort. But because  recent 
experience with geographic regions and to give more  transparency to 
the debate, it seems more appropriate that the debate takes  place in 
the list of LACRALO disucin. No other people think.
